Having lived in the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys for a combined twenty-four years she has extensive first-hand knowledge of these and surrounding markets.  Her specialty is in residential real-estate and land parcels across the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County with an emphasis on Calabasas, Agoura, Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Camarillo and the city of Ventura. 

Beginning on the ground floor as both an agent and a buyer, Shoreh has continued to stay on top of the latest trends such as successfully attaining her GRI, the most comprehensive training program available today to realtors in the nation.  This designation has enhanced her knowledge of real estate marketing and has taught her skills that set her apart from other real estate professionals.  She is also a qualified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  As a SRES, Shoreh is a specialist in counseling senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. In recent yeas, Shoreh has attained her Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Designation (SFR). Short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” real estate transaction. Therefore, knowing the intricacies of these transactions are not only good, but critical skills necessary for today’s market. And while short sales and foreclosures are not for the faint of heart, Shoreh has the experience and training to help her clients.
